Ariane Rühl-Daguisé
Founder & Executive Coach
Ariane founded Columbia Executive Coaching after a senior career in international finance. Coaching from the inside — with first-hand knowledge of the pressure, the pace, and what it truly takes to lead in demanding environments — she brings both professional credibility and genuine human understanding to every coaching relationship. A mother of four, that combination of lived and professional experience is what sets CEC apart.
Background
Prior to founding CEC, Ariane worked for over 25 years in international financial institutions — banks, investment management, brokerage and hedge funds — holding senior positions in both sales and investment, building and heading international teams across London and Paris.
She combines her coaching acumen with extensive hands-on business experience, accompanying executives' growth as leaders — helping them bring their talents to the fore, broaden and refine their skillset, and fully embrace their evolving responsibilities.

Our coaching is perceptive and compassionate, yet challenging, direct and structured. Relaxed and personal in style, it is always driven towards clearly articulated objectives and measurable outcomes.
We encourage organisations and their executives to use coaching as a development tool — one that creates positive individual and team dynamics for sustained performance and growth.
Reach
We coach executives and their teams principally within financial institutions, professional services and luxury across the UK and France, and further afield across Europe and the US. We design and deliver workshops for both Anglo-Saxon and European companies, including Executive Committees and Women of Talent programmes. With first-hand experience of overseas postings, we bring a genuine understanding of the cultural dimensions of international leadership. Coaching is delivered in English and French, and we are also fluent in German.
For larger mandates and workshops, we work in association with other accredited and experienced coaches.
